Grant Proposal Development 

Regardless of whether you found a call that suits your project idea through our Funding Consulting services or come to us with a specific call already in mind, we can support you in all steps of proposal development and submission: 

1. Research the call’s requirements and particularities the proposal must adhere to for eligibility, as well as strategic clues to increase the proposal’s competitiveness. 

2. Assist you with consortium formation by finding the right partners for your project’s dream team. 

3. Support you in developing and defining the proposal’s concept and project design. 

4. Help you and the consortium partners with budget allocation, preparation of administrative information and documentation, and budget formulation. 

5. Organize, coordinate, and mediate consortium and partner meetings as needed to develop and clearly define the project’s concept and activities. 

6. Draft the written project proposal, according to the call’s template and/or requirements and based on the consortium’s discussions and ideas, as well as iterative revisions of the text based on partners comments. 

7. Final timely submission of project proposal in the call’s platform, after careful final revision. 

Communication, Dissemination & Outreach 

Our team has expertise and experience in the impactful communication of research and innovation ideas, findings, and results in many forms and to diverse target audiences. We passionately believe in the power and necessity of engaging the right stakeholders to maximize the impact of research and innovation, and in our shared duty to keep the general public informed.
