Who we are

From Latin, Ad meliora translates to ‘towards better things’. It expresses a sentiment of a deep commitment to continuous improvement and sustainable progress – with a goal to contribute towards a better, sustainable, and ethical future for all humans and nature alike.

Ad Meliora is the ethos of our company, founded to provide support for transformative Research, Innovation, Conservation, Social, and Artistic projects, always with the core principles of:

  1. Positive Impact over profit: We always puts significant positive change not only for our clients, but most importantly to nature and humanity as a whole, over our company’s profit margins. We want to contribute to positive change at the edge of scientific and technological advancement, environment and nature protection and restoration and animal welfare, and better health, lives, social justice, and equity for all human communities.
  1. Quality over quantity: Our co-founders scientific journey primed them for a mindset of excellence as a continuous goal. We will always strive to prioritise the highest possible quality for our clients, proposals, projects, and all our work first, settling for nothing but excellent results.
  1. Collaboration over competition: We strive in collaborative environments and love to get connect with people with all types of expertise, background, and from all walks of life to brainstorm, come up with new ideas, create new projects, and overcome obstacles through creative problem solving. We believe in the power of the synergy of different perspectives to drive us to truly innovate.
  1. Research and Innovation at the centre: Our co-founders have multiple decades-long experience in interdisciplinary research and innovation and remain scientists at hearth, who believe in science and technology as the engine for a better future.
  1. Knowledge as power: At Ad Meliora Berlin we are committed to help our clients push beyond the boundaries of knowledge. We believe, tough, that knowledge truly only becomes powerful when shared. After all, if you do research without sharing it, is it really science? We are committed to helping our clients maximize the reach and impact of the new knowledge they generate.
